50k post-race Blood Sugar and Nutrition analysis

Gone Fir a Run 50k at the Spokane Riverside Park in Spokane, WA was an absolute blast.
Super fun community race! Riverside park trails are amazing.
I under-packed nutrition a bit and ran out of Pep 4hrs in and had to supplement with aid station gels in the last hour. No GI issues whatsoever.
- 640g carbs for 5hrs = 128g carbs/hr
- 1200mg Sodium/hr
- 700mg caffeine in the last 15 miles

Blood sugar pitch perfect. Really nice to have my CGM work the whole race this time. Usually it glitches out a couple hours in. Really fun to feel good and hit my highest HR and fastest splits in the last few miles.
