When will my order ship?
We will ship your order at the end of the next business day after you place it. We will send you a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number then.
When will my order arrive?
Orders can take up to 5-8 days to arrive. In general, most orders take 2-4 days to arrive, depending on where you live in the US.

Our office is located in Sandpoint, Idaho. Our production facility is located in Longmont, CO. This is also where orders ship from.

What is the Allergen status?
All our products, as well as our facility are strictly FREE of Gluten, Peanuts, Eggs, Dairy and Soy. We do process some nuts at our facility (such as almonds), but the production is done in a separate production room and under strict cross contamination measures.
