It works, but hard to clean

I used these reusable squeeze baggies originally, but found them to be hard to clean & keep up with. I now mix the powder in a half liter bottle or soft flask and drink it. I add 3 scoops (90g carbs and 450 calories) with 500ml water. The taste isn't too strong and it goes down easy.

Convenient and no trash

It is a little sad to see all of the waste that is generated at ultra trail races and Pep’s simple yet innovative solution works great for taking nutrition on the trail while cutting down on waste. I’ve used my Pep Pouch over a dozen times now and it is holding up strong! Thanks for taking all the time to create Pep - you are making a positive impact on the trail community and our planet!
