RECOVER Powder

The vanilla recover is not my favorite flavor but I love the ratios and ingredients for protein etc. I have been putting it in a smoothie after strength training. Peanut butter compliments the flavor well.
But I struggle with the flavor on its own when I used it with milk or water on its own. There is an earthy undertone in the flavor that I can’t quite identify.

I enjoy the Pep vanilla Recovery product. I like that it’s not very sweet. For me, it digests well and does not have a highly processed or other unnatural aftertaste. I mix it up in a shaker, and I’m still working on getting the ratio right to avoid any silty sips. I look forward to consuming it more frequently as my training schedule builds to see how I feel after using it when I’m heavily fatigued and my digestion has been more challenged by various fueling strategies. It is a relief to know that when I am using Pep products, I don’t have to worry about whether what I am eating has natural ingredients!

I love the creamy, oaty flavor. Almost has like vanilla chai flavor and it tastes very natural and wholesome, not artificial. It dissolves pretty easily compared to other protein powders. The texture seems thicker and it's pretty filling. I love that I'm getting both a ton of carbs and protein in one. Was easy to digest for me.
