How to Mix Pep

STEP 1 - Pour half the water into your Pep Pep pouch, water bottle, soft flask or other

STEP 2 - Scoop Pep Powder in and top off with water

STEP 3 - Shake it up and go

Example: Fuel a hard 5hr effort with Pep @ 125g Carbs/hr

5x Pep pouches with 3 servings of Pep Race powder (90g Carbs) in each.

3x 500ml soft flasks* with 2 servings of Pep Race powder (60g Carbs) in each.

Total Carbs: 630g = 126g Carbs per hour.

*The amount of liquid consumed needs to be adjusted based on weather and individual athlete. 1500ml of liquid for a 5hr effort is most likely appropriate for cold winter conditions.
